Shipping policy

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states and U.S. territories. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


Processing and Fulfillment Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within one to three (1–3) business days. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume or unforeseen operational delays. If a significant delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you by email.


Shipping Methods and Rates

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (“USPS”). Available shipping methods may include, but are not limited to:

  • USPS Ground Advantage 

  • USPS First Class Mail

  • USPS Priority Mail 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. Delivery time estimates are provided by USPS and are not guaranteed. Transit times may vary due to postal service delays or other factors outside of our control.

We reserve the right to substitute a comparable USPS service level if necessary to ensure timely delivery.


Order Tracking

Once an order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing a USPS tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking information may require up to twenty-four (24) hours to update within the USPS system.


Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete.

We are not responsible for:

  • delays in delivery,

  • lost or misdelivered shipments, or

  • additional shipping charges

resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we may require additional shipping fees to re-send the order.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon USPS’s delivery scan. Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by USPS, we are no longer responsible for its location, condition, or retrieval.

If a package is lost in transit and never receives a delivery scan, we will provide reasonable assistance in initiating a USPS Missing Mail Search or claim. Replacement or refund decisions will be made at our discretion based on the outcome of the USPS investigation.


Damaged Shipments

If an item arrives damaged, the customer must notify us within seven (7) days of delivery by contacting:

The customer must provide:

  • the order number,

  • photographs of the damaged item, and

  • photographs of the packaging.

Failure to provide the requested information may limit our ability to provide a replacement or refund. We reserve the right to require return of the damaged item prior to issuing a replacement or refund.
